Opportunity to be featured in our blog.

Ambassadors will represent, geographically, the area in which they reside: Northeast, Northwest, Central, Southeast, and Southwest Vermont. Each ambassador will act as a liaison between the area they represent and VKAP office staff.

Duties will include:

Teach us about your area: what’s cool? Is there a neat tourist spot? What activities happen?
Help us out with events in your area. (As schedules allow of course)
Refer Kin families to us from your area.

PASTA refers to the experience of being parented or being a parent who must learn to love again after a traumatic separation. This can occur when a child is separated from their biological parent(s), resulting in a primal wound equivalent to wartime PTSD. "Through The Eyes of A Child" - It's essential for adults caring for such children to understand their experience and behaviors from the child's perspective, acknowledging the long-lasting impact on their body and mind. By doing so, they can provide the special care and support needed to help these children heal.
